Magwedge VZ 58 Kwik Rail

I would love to see an option that would allow for a bit more scope than my Sparc with 2X magnifier, sadly this is my only option so I am very interested as well, just want to make sure the stove-piping has been addressed :)

Stove-piping seems to have only been an issue in the CSA rifles, and at that only one or two complaints have come to my attention.

That being said I want to go to the next version of the rail and the reasons why will be obvious when it finally is made available.

I have a few suggestions that might help with the design of the new rail. I've tested the original hard so I do have good input
If you don't mind me calling you and giving my 2 cents I will
 
Had an interesting chat with Bfiles .... I had assumed that he had troubles with his CSA rifle as well with the gen1 version of the rail, but this was not the case. The FTE issue occurred about 2% of the time which is pretty good considering the original design of the rifle.

This means that I have only heard back from one user who had major issues with the ejection ... that buyer had the rail mounted on a CSA rifle, but it seems I may have over reacted a bit given there is only one case so far.

No matter.

I plan to produce the new version shortly and will be setting out the finishing touches this week. I need to do more testing as well, but this version of the CZ rail has proven to be boringly reliable in the past. I need to try some different optics and some new bits and pieces with it though. I hope we can begin production in January some time, assuming all the testing works out positively.

DITTO! Please give the VZ 58 community an oppotunity to have these awesome looking mounts that will complement the Hi LUX AK CMR.

The current full length version is near 100% reliable.

We have had only one of about 30 sold where the rifle experienced serious extraction issues and that rifle was a CSA ... that being said I know of at least one other CSA with the full length rail that performed at the 98% level, literally two FTE per 100.

The next rail is aimed at eliminating the FTE issue entirely, hopefully we achieve that goal.
 
Any updates on the status of the Gen2 rail? I am strongly looking at either this one or the CSA mount but would much rather prefer a full length one!
