Magwedge VZ 58 Kwik Rail

We have had only one of about 30 sold where the rifle experienced serious extraction issues and that rifle was a CSA ... that being said I know of at least one other CSA with the full length rail that performed at the 98% level, literally two FTE per 100.

The next rail is aimed at eliminating the FTE issue entirely, hopefully we achieve that goal.

Production will begin in about two weeks.

It will take about a month to have them ready after production begins. I will post some pics when the units are close to being ready.

This is the only thing stopping me from buying one -- the potential issue with CSA rifles. I would consider getting one to expand my options for scopes on my CSA Vz.58.

If anyone does some extensive testing with the Gen 2 rail on a CSA, please feel free to share the info :)

Production of the new rail is done, only the anodize remains.

I will post pics by Friday this week.

The Tactical KwikRail will be available for both the SKS and the VZ and you can take a close up and personal look at one at the Chilliwack gun show this weekend.

Hello to all my VZ 58 operators.:rockOn::rockOn::rockOn::rockOn::rockOn:
I am hoping to get feedback on this product before fully committing.
For some reason, I have not seen any review on this item in CGN.
I did encounter below on line:

Can anyone comment on experiences so far with their rail?
I would rather get this Magwedge Kwik Rail to mount my Hi Lux 1x4 on it.:rockOn::rockOn:

Thank you, all.

I picked up the Wartak a while back. It's been fine and mounts solidly.

Can't say it's any better or worse than the others. Only thing I miss is loading via stripper clip, but removable mags work fine if you like them.

The Tactical series of KwikRail will be available in about two weeks. Both SKS and CZ versions have been manufactured and are currently at the anodizers.

I will update pics and info in this thread:http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/foru...actical-KwikRail-Pics?p=12439356#post12439356

Oh and loading with stripper clips is now possible with the new KwikRail ....
