the charges would be section 88 (2) of the ccc and section 60 of the canada post act

i think you dont know how charges are laid let alone what the laws are. That may be part of the issue.

Ass-u-me all you wish, all I have been asking for is the actual laws pertaining to Canada Post in terms of shipping firearms.

Looking at the Canada Post Corporation Act I was not able to find anything pertaining to locking of firearms, full stop.

Being this thread is about Canada Post and not the Firearms Act, that's what I've been looking for the whole time.

Sorry dude it was exactly what you asked, and I quote:

Those are the charges that are possible. Again because you dont like the answer does not make it wrong. You can ask the same question 100 times it is not going to change the answer. Maybe you should actually read what the law is.
