Making my GSG-16 look like an MP5SD

Nice tought about the stock if you do this one it would be awesome since it is minimalist and fit the MP5 perfectly.

The only problem with the sights is that the stock front sight, or at least the two side tangs, are a permanent part of the gun and cannot be removed. You would have to cut those off and at this point I'm not sure I want to do that. Especially since I really like a cheap red dot on this gun...
 
Its coming along great! Cant wait for mine to come in and I can start printing up some things! Keep up the great work. My printer hasn't run for over a month because I have had no projects for it and I am looking to get it up and running again
 
Thanks for the support, gentleman. The factory is running day and night. The last two nights they've been finishing around 4am so I set an alarm to get up and start another one haha. A couple more days of this and my wife will hopefully authorize a second printer! I have only had one defect so far, just slightly behind schedule but still chugging away.

One idea: instead of a replacement rear stock, how about a cap-off instead a la MP5K Kurz style? Or am I out to lunch lol or does this violate NR OAL reqs?
 
Moe, I did quite a few prototypes of the top rail delete. I tried various textures, I tried to overhand the side edges and create a rounded profile, I tried a round profile without the overhang and I kept coming back to one thing: the interface between the rear picatinny rail and the front rail delete. Do I run from the top of the pic rail smoothly down, just ignore it altogether.... The most aesthetically pleasing version was this one, the simple rectangle. Everything else seems to take away from the simplistic look rather than add to it.
 
Ribstaylor, that's an Ender 3 Pro with a laundry list of modifications: borosilicate glass bed, upgraded springs, BMG extruder, capricorn bowden tube, Bullseye fan duct, BLTouch auto bed levelling probe, microswiss all metal hot end with rubby nozzle, silent TMC2209 stepper motor drivers, 50W hot end heater cartridge and SMD3014 LED light strip in the top aluminum extrusion plus a #### ton more I won't bore you with...
 
Guys I know proper EE etiquette is for the seller to leave feedback once payment is received but I've got way too much going on to tackle that at the moment. I just want to make sure everyone gets what they asked for. Will worry about feedback after these initial prints go out. Thanks for the patience.
