Making Tumblers

Looks like a talented dude can make all the "fiddly bits" - so long as he has the requisite 'chinery.
Good for you.

His skills and knowledge will come in handy when this all we are allowed to have.

the one time I made a square socket, I drilled the end of a piece of 3/8 drill rod, then filed a slightly tapered square post with a blunt point on the end so that I could start it in the drill rod, then heated the drill rod red hot and hammered it over the square post.. Quite easy to do and more or less guarantees a square hole that is is square and is the right dimension

I've used a similar system as well. I think the last time was when I made an extension for use with chambering reamers.

I got 80 or so tumblers in my BP parts piles. On the table at all the S.Ont Gun Shows.
Bring your broken one to a show for a comparison. Might get lucky.
