No not humid at all it stays between 30 and 45% humidity. 4 inch cement roof with re bar every 8 inch both ways. Cement basement floor. 2 walls are the basement foundation , the other 2 are 16x8x6 cinder blocks with selective re bar and are full of cement. Door is comercial/industrial type steel door with regular locking door knob and 1/3 and 2/3 height deadbolts; metal door frame overlap the cinder block and is also fill with cement. I have a air duck with fan to the outside and electric power coming true the roof via steel tube.
Here is my "Man Cave".
I designed a custom hidden gun cabinet, the lid lifts open on gas pressurized cylinders once the hidden lock is released, and there are two display drawers as well. The lockable ammo drawers are also completely hidden.
niceest and cleanest toy room i've ever seen.
Why? Most are just toys lol

hey guys.. when you quote, how about you only quote ONE picture. its great to see them all, however scrolling like crazy for ones that are posted 2,3-4 times is a bit much.

It was very affordable, cost me about $900 to build and that includes both workbenches and the shelf.

Purpose built room
1. All walls and ceiling are reinforced concrete.
2. Entry door is made of stainless steel.
3. Temp and humidity controlled (plumbed in, self emptying dehumidifier set to a max humidity of 35 percent
4. Partition off main alarm
5. Two hd cameras with footage cloud hosted
6. Tv and separate zone off of home automation system.
7. Fully spray foamed
8. Heated floor.
9. Email alerts upon entry and camera motion detection
10. Oak lower walls and stainless steel on all upper walls.
11. Heavy duty lockable ammo cabinets with butcher block top.
12. Work bench with butcher block top.
13. Six inch supply and return off of Main HVAC system
