This is great, I'm moving this summer and have been making plans for a gun vault as a safe is no longer cutting it. I'm going to steal many ideas from this thread. Keep the pics coming!

I designed a custom hidden gun cabinet, the lid lifts open on gas pressurized cylinders once the hidden lock is released, and there are two display drawers as well. The lockable ammo drawers are also completely hidden.

Kevin M, correct me if I'm wrong, BUT isn't your gun room a couple thousand km's from where you are now? That must be considered in final judging I'd say! Great setup but you're a few provinces to the left of being able to actually enjoy it currently!! (sarcasm intended)

An insane amount of reinforcement went into the wall and ceiling, as well as a 900lb vault door.

Caught red handed, although two factors come into play, one, I'll be moving back there eventually, and two, I'm building a nice little setup at my current abode as well.
