My mother always said if i kept going the way i was going i would end up living in a cardboard box. Well. After i bought my house I framed in a small room in the basement, used half inch chip board instead of drywall and then covered it with 1/8 MDF. Which is a good second for cardboard. I sometimes webcam when i am on the air so i have no gun related things out.

Nice to see someone with similar interests......Your Yaesu FRG-7 is a sweet rig, (along with all the rest of course).... I'm making do with a Kenwood R-5000 and my old DX-160 for SWL'ing and for UHF an old Pro-2005.....
My reloading, listening and gun tinkering all take place in the same room....of course it ain't true unless I post a pic, right?

First off sorry for the whack load of pics!

Ok so she might not be the prettiest room in this thread, but she sure is functional!

Built solid and has plenty of space to store all of our hunting, shooting,reloading, gunsmithing and recreational gear........

But the man cave doesn't stop there, just on the outside i have a mini bar that I'm slowly building and it includes a full keggerator custom plummed through my wall for some ice cold draft beer!

The large door in the bar from the picture I posted was supposed to be my 6x14 gun room, however my missus suprised me by taking on the Reno while I was on turnaround, and the walls weren't lined with plywood as I planned.
