I don't see the benefits of their barrel. Seems to be a comparable price to other quality barrels from more established brands.
don't buy it then

Oh I won't. My question is what do you feel these barrels offer that a similarly priced daniel defense or bcm barrel will not?
Is there anything to these barrels other than they are made in canada?
ive made 2 builds with them so farm and quality is good. 1 moa so for me yes I like to suport a Canadian made product if I can.
I guess I could say the same, what do you feel a DD or BCM bbl offers over these ones? all I'm saying is both have been finished to atleast the same degree as any DD or BCM ive seen, and shoot just as well for me, so buy Canadain is my moto. ive bought another 18.6 for the next non restricted build aswell
Anyone have a link to the Odinworks barrels that RDSC is bringing in? Curious about length and profile/weight.
I've got an SJ Hardware 18.6" dimpled 416R match coming but it's pretty heavy... 2 lbs 3 oz. Wish I had something about 6-8 oz lighter for my Maccabee even if I give up some accuracy.

sorry, Calgary, not Red Deer.

I'm in the same boat...looking for something light but in 6.5 Grendel. From what I've seen the lightest is Faxon.

Not sure about older stock of their barrels, but their new blanks are coming from IBI. Finishing I believe will be done in house by them.
-Saryet, out!-
I've got just north of 500 rnds through mine. Its an 18.6" .223 wylde with a 1/8. So far with 55gr hand loads for my 3 gun AR I'm getting about 1.25 to 1.5" at 100m.
Link doesn't work for me. I've seen a spiral barrel and very interested.I have one of their stainless spiral fluted 18.6" barrels on order (backorder)
I'm guessing it will be 1moa or slightly better with quality ammo, just going off what I've read on their site though. Stainless, match grade, 223 wylde, button rifled, air guaged, sounds good to me.
I orderer one about a week after I heard ATRS would be making the MV-s receiver set.
If I get the barrel before the receiver set it will go into my AR that will end up being the parts donor for the MV-s for barrel break-in and load development.
