I'm done arguing with you Brian. From this point on when I see you've posted incorrect information I'm just going to point it out...
Yes, you are incorrect.
Have a nice night.
You know I'm right, just trolling as usual
Yup you are right. But you also have a tendency to be preachy and by the book. No I don't drink and drive or puff and drive.
If he is right he is right, does not matter how he comes across.

I have to wonder how much weed was smoked and booze drank during the creation of this lengthy thread. Judging by some of the posts? LOTS
Weed is a gateway drug...
It leads to harder things like chips and salsa or nachos and hotdogs and a myriad of things from 7eleven, things arguably way more detrimental to your overall health than weed lol.
Can too much coffee b b b be considered a d d drug too?

Like right that you will never get a day in court to challenge it, or right that it will just happen on the roadside and not get to challenge it there? Because you would be able to challenge it in court later, but the suspension would already be served. A guy I know went through something similar and he did spend the night in jail, but he challenged it, won, got his legal fees covered, and got the cop suspended.
706 posts in a thread debating which drug is better at a hunting camp? Both alter the mind, both are used to take the edge off, and both can cause people to do stupid thing's. Both are equal.
If I had a hunt camp my rules would be as follows:
1) All hunting and firearms regulations to be followed.
So you would have a rule, to say other rules must be followed. Very canadian.
Sure, why not?
poaching
[poh-ching]
noun
1- the illegal practice of trespassing on another's property to hunt or steal game without the landowner's permission.
2- to trespass, especially on another's game preserve, in order to steal animals or to hunt.
3- to take game or fish illegally.
Can't tell you how relieved I am that you're done schooling me. Seriously.
Nah. Can't play a guitar, and I doubt his band needs a tone-deaf shower-Pavarotti like me. I'd scare all the deer away.
Thanks for the civil reply and the definition. Note #3 in your definition. I share that broad definition but would include attempts to do so. So you are actually a self taught student.
Few things make me shake my head more than walking back to my utv , with the gun I unloaded and encased at the end of legal shooting to , hear shots being fired in pitch black. Add to that neither of us have absolutely no details as to the evidence that convicted this guy.
I can see why you Ontario guys are so worried about pot and ration put beer now, after realizing you must case ypur guns to prevent you from committing a crime.
It's clear the hunters there accept the orders of mother government as righteous and correct.
I would almost guess one would need a crossing guard to hold their hand as they walk into the woods.
So how does this apply to someone putting his rifle in the scabbard 5 minutes late?.... I’m not saying he wasn’t guilty of the offence, although the CO could have cut him a break.... he certainly isn’t a poacher....
