Like right that you will never get a day in court to challenge it, or right that it will just happen on the roadside and not get to challenge it there? Because you would be able to challenge it in court later, but the suspension would already be served. A guy I know went through something similar and he did spend the night in jail, but he challenged it, won, got his legal fees covered, and got the cop suspended.
 
706 posts in a thread debating which drug is better at a hunting camp? Both alter the mind, both are used to take the edge off, and both can cause people to do stupid thing's. Both are equal.

If I had a hunt camp my rules would be as follows:

1) All hunting and firearms regulations to be followed.
2) The camp costs money and everyone pays an admission fee and/or volunteers their time.
3) Don't use drugs (alcohol, weed, blow, meth) either before or during the days hunt. Afterwards? Cleanup your own barf and buy your own munchies.
4) Abide by this camps few and basic rules or GTFO and buy your own.


I have to wonder how much weed was smoked and booze drank during the creation of this lengthy thread. Judging by some of the posts? LOTS

You can challenge the provincial IRP law in court

If you dispute the IRP penalty itself you get to write a letter/submit your evidence to an iCBC appointed adjudicator. No Judge, no courtroom, no trial

Thanks for the civil reply and the definition. Note #3 in your definition. I share that broad definition but would include attempts to do so. So you are actually a self taught student.

Few things make me shake my head more than walking back to my utv , with the gun I unloaded and encased at the end of legal shooting to , hear shots being fired in pitch black. Add to that neither of us have absolutely no details as to the evidence that convicted this guy.

So how does this apply to someone putting his rifle in the scabbard 5 minutes late?.... I’m not saying he wasn’t guilty of the offence, although the CO could have cut him a break.... he certainly isn’t a poacher....
 
I can see why you Ontario guys are so worried about pot and ration put beer now, after realizing you must case ypur guns to prevent you from committing a crime.
It's clear the hunters there accept the orders of mother government as righteous and correct.

I would almost guess one would need a crossing guard to hold their hand as they walk into the woods.

So you speed every time you feel like it, park in handicap spaces when you want to, generally disobey whatever rule you feel is unjust? What a cool rebel you must be....

Pretty ballsy statement and shot at another province from a guy too scared to share his location....

So you do have more details ?
How long was he under observation. Did he start to unload and put the weapon away only when confronted by the CO ?
C'mon Brad , just the facts. Tell us , in Brad Rules, how many minutes leeway should the CO's give??
And yes, he is a poaching piece of schit. And his supporters and like minded "hunters" just haven't been caught yet.
