anyone interested in trying some can pm me for contact info for the cast bullets. The Marlin was scoped with a 4x Bushnell and the target was shot at 100 yards.

stanway said:Yes the Guide Guns are accurate. I have some targets from the previous owner of my GG which were shot at 100y (his words) - one target is a nice tight clover leaf and the other target is literally, one ragged hole. He was shooting lighter 300gr hand loads and I will be trying out some of my 350gr hand loads this weekend. I hope I get some favorable results.

cccan said:the little Guide Guns do shoot...I had mine out the other day..shot one group with 350's that went about .75" at 100 yrds. and several other groups that were around 1.25" at 100yrds and nothing bigger than 2".....the groups opened up pretty quick when I stepped up the load......by the way mine is scoped..

Yes he does. Two that I've started 'testing' in my Marlin 444s are both a Keith style SWC with gas check. A 250gr & a 325gr.cariboo_kid said:Nice shooting, hope my 444P does as well.
Do you know if he makes bullets for the 444 as well?
