Holy low serial number though. He didn't do the SIN... he electro pencilled his initials and B-day instead. More secure I suppose... still hooped the value just as much though... it was another time I suppose. Buggered Screw heads and all... to him it was a tool.
Kinda like 'Time Travelling. I bought that Tasco 4 x 40 in about 1982... 129 $ at Carnelli's Sporting Goods in Medicine Hat. I honestly do not know what Dad did to lose every darn cap on his scopes. Every one... I swear.
I sorta forgot about it. Still a fine old gun though... I can remember having 22 WRF shells that he used to shoot too.
And yeah the value is compromised to say the least... but I ain't planning on selling it anyhow.
Headshot a Gopher at about 75 paces... so it'll still walk the walk.
