You guys do realize the camo stock models are all on sale right now for $279 Cdn, right? My friends in Alaska are going nuts because the cheapest they are over there are $319US.

I have one in 30-06 and like it very much. Has anyone heard of the newer ones made by Remi having any QC issues like with the Marlin Levers ???

got me 1 in 7mm-08 the other day, hope she shoots! forend not soft like the camo one I handled last fall either.

Factory base, weaver rings, no lapping, no problems.

Wow thats a great deal. Might have to grab one at that price. I'm not a big fan of the camo stock but $279.. COME ON!!

Just got the shipping confirmation notice from WSS yesterday (finally...after ordering the thing almost 3 weeks ago...) that the XL7/25-06 is in the mail. Was holding off ordering the Boyds in case they ran out of stock in these rifles at that price, but no need to wait any longer now. Stainless would have been nice, but one will never see prices for stainless approaching $279 I don't imagine. Total cost $347 shipped. Best part is I already know I am going to like this rifle, since I had one before in 7mm-08.
