Just wanted to say Thank you to MARSTAR!


I purchased two Pietta revolvers on Friday, and I received confirmation of the order within minutes, and then less than 48 hours later another update that indicated the start of the transfer process with the respective transfer numbers. I had always wanted to own the 1860 and the 1873 and hesitated for years and was in a tight spot for time with JT'S recent epic attack on law-abiding citizens. Thankfully MARSTAR was there for me. I was very worried I would never get to own these revolvers.
Even in the "before times" that quick turnaround would be considered especially fast, but in these crazy times I have no clue how they did this so fast.
I hope that crew is getting some rest and isn't working round the clock? but it is obvious they are working the weekends. That is a professional group of hard-working people.

I hope that I will be able to continue supporting this reseller for years to come. I hope our government smartens up and realizes the harm they caused to an incredibly responsible community of sportsmen and sportswomen.

We are very fortunate to have so many great companies supporting us during these crazy times.

Any help locating #10 percussion caps?????

I'm also very impressed with Marstar during this. They have taken the time to answer all my questions after I ordered and started the transfer right away. I will be shopping here 1st from now on.
 
I purchased an optic from them during last weeks Liberal buying blitz and it was processed and shipped within 24 hours. They looked after everyone regardless of what item was purchase. Outstanding work Marstar.
 
I've got nothing but good to say about the new crew running Marstar (I think the employees bought the shop out some time ago, if I recall). They are a TIER ONE operation.
 
I haven't ordered from Marstar until the insanity started a few days back and I received a very prompt order receipt followed by a follow up 2 days later that says a comment has been added. The only thing I see that's new is a "Transaction Confirmation Number" Is this the transfer ref #? I don't want to bother them if possible.
 
I ore ordered a canik rival..transfer came.in the week (Ontario so ya takes forever). I drove up as I love q hr away to pick my stuff up. They where great to deal with . I even called before pre ordering and ore this #### show, they spent 15 min on the phone discussing this pistol..so hey can't complain . They have been great and have another order in to them now.

Ironically, it was the 'new owner' who at first refused warranty and a return for full refund before John stepped in and grudgingly agreed on a full refund.

Quick update, from my first post, I can state that I have recieved my transfer success emails from the CFO. Damn fast given all the chaos induced by JT. Thank you Marstar.

Within hours of receiving my transfer authorization from the CFO, Marstar updated the sale by indicating the package is enroute and provided a tracking number which I could link to my text notification. Now to watch canada post #### around with it....

Exceptional transaction! Looking forward to purchasing my Shiloh Sharps rifle from them in the future. They have proven to me that they are a professional reseller.

Wish all suppliers could conduct efficient business like this.

I also got a pretty quick transfer number and an email stating no action needed on my part. Very happy, but I don't recall whether or not I usually have to call in to complete? Been a while since I bought a new pistol from a dealer.
 
Quick update.
Ordered from Marstar on June 5, and have my first cowboy revolver in my hands as of today. 15 days from purchase, transfer to shipping in this chaos is bloody exceptional. Have to say, just love the piece. Shipped very well and just love Marstar's digital text update system.
Gonna buy from them again and again assuming JT hasn't destroyed this hard-working business with this ridiculous attack on law-abiding honest citizens.
Thank you to Marstar. Hope they can support my new COWBOY ACTION shooting hobby for many many years to come.
