Maschinengewehr 34 Incoming!!

I guess this will be replacing your ACR the next time we all get together to run drills? No more reloading for you!

Should I hydro dip it multi-cam and add some mlok mounts for a light ? Wonder if my Ferro sling can handle the weight .... and cant forget to tap and drill the cover for an Aimpoint....

Ferro sling? Will probably work better than whatever sling Still Alive was using on the course in October. Don't buy one of those ;D

.
Warning if purchasing surplus belts make sure they are WWII and not post war with a NATO stamp as these would be prohibited! 

The law...

(f)is of the “belt” type consisting of a fabric or metal belt, is not a reproduction and was originally designed or manufactured for the purpose of feeding cartridges into a automatic firearm of a type that was in existence before 1945.

When the belt was made doesn't matter...

It needs to be...
- A metal or fabric belt...
- Not a reproduction
- originally designed to feed cartridges into a gun designed before 1945...

The NATO belts are metal, not a reproduction belt, and still originally designed to feed cartridges into a gun designed before 45.

I don't altogether disagree with you, but I see this as another "grey" area, is a NATO belt a reproduction? I was advised by a CFO many years ago that a NATO belt was prohibited, just another opinion, for what it is worth. I am not a lawyer, as a business I have to err on the side of caution with any advice I offer.

Seems convenient.
