Wow, I love that beast! I wonder if those bolt vents are actually adequate? One of these are on my long list. Would love to see closeups of any markings.

these are few and far between you would have better luck finding a Russian PTRS or PTRD

I would actually consider selling mine,.. ive always wanted a 577 or 500 NE double rifle to complete the collection: )
But that's not why im posting picks, or i would have done it in the ee, just feels nice getting this gun out in the open again, shame its been locked up so long.

Although that part of the business is not my area of expertise I believe the new CGD rule is pre-1946 is ok for import.

Steve

Good to know.
ALL the Anti tank Rifles would be pre-1946, as the entire class was considered obsolete (due to thicker tank armour) by about '43 or '44.

Wondered if that might be it. From that point of view I didn't know they produced lahti's post 1946.

Even though it was non restricted in Canada, my Lahti was stuck in the USA due to the CGD even though it was pre 1946 because the had not changed the rules yet. Items like M203's are non restricted but cannot be imported for civi ownership due to the CGD and being made after 1946.

I have the sellers remorse. I ended up selling my Lahti last year and it was a very very nice gun. 7-8 mags, coffin chest, full spare parts kit and in amazing condition plus the dollar was nearly on par :( .. how do you make the crying emoticon lol
