and ruin a piece of my heritage/history? not a chance. I want a German made kar98k so badly. i cant seem to find one anywhere. Its always Argentina this, or Swedish that.
.Metalwork is very clean no rust, pitting just light wear. The Bolt is numbered to the action, trigger guard, band etc are miss matched. Most of the German military markings are present (small eagle on the receiver and barrel) Rifling is good and strong, dark in the lands.
The stock is laminate very clean just little dark from handling and storage. No damage or repairs small marks and scratches nothing major
Sounds just like your normal milsurp rifle that has seen service. If it is priced right and what I am looking for, I would go for it.
