I echo the concerns regarding the unsupported recoil lug.............

If it works, that's all that matters..................... but both the D&L and this stock looky Fugly as hell.................

There was a stock out there a few years ago with a 1911 pistol grip. It was called a PUG. I haven't seen one in years but there was a guy from Texas that shot one at the DCRA about 10 years ago.
 
Yes import/export permits are required to keep everything above board.
Despite the radical look and design its very comfortable to shoot and easier to control than a convensional stock. Due to the AR pistol grip and the bag rider feature it shoots well off the bench. Not designed for offhand use as the forend is 3" wide.
