Hey guys thought you might be interested in checking this out. I ordered this chassis in January for a right hand short action tikka T3x ctr and today was the big day it arrived so I wasted no time in assembling.
I must say I've been more than impressed with mdt's customer service. They were incredibly helpful the entire way along so thanks again to a great Canadian company.

So the box arrived today and here is what was inside

Brand spanking new precision rifle 30mm high rings, the chassis, and a copy of calibre.

So inside the chassis box

Now for the fun parts

The new ESS fully fully adjustable butt stock and I mean fully adjustable!

The chassis body itself, including the supplied steel recoil lug for the tikka.

The 18" non railed fore end (though I ordered a 15" they had to sub this because they ran out of the 15") only issue in this configuration is I don't think I can use my magneospeed

All that makes up the elite sniper system chassis. I added a magpul mlok metal rail segment to attach the atlas bipod (and removed the swivel stud) a Ergo deluxe flat top grip with palm swell and a 10 round accurate mag. Apparently mdt will be releasing a 10 round metal mag without the binder plate in the upcoming months So keep that in mind. And these mags drop free and clear when empty.

Some assembly required.

Build was easy peasy other than the bolt for the butt stock is tight like a tiger

I might not be able to use the buttler creek scope cover
and now the complete package though the scope is in just for the photo it needs to be installed properly tomorrow

If you're still reading this thanks and I can't wait to get out and get some real testing done on this rig!!

What's the final weight on your build? I've got a couple of Tikkas that I could dress up but they are hunting rifles and I don't want them to weigh 15 pounds.

So the level is visible without breaking cheek weld for me. The only minor down side is in heavy shadow or very low light conditions it can be hard to see. I am pleased though MDT finally got me my 15" fore end so I have that installed now and I can do some crony work on my load development. I also found now if I fold the legs backwards it actually balances out very nice for offhand shooting that I want to work on this year

Looks awesome! I just got notification that my two chassis were shipped today so I am pretty pumped about that. Where did you get the Ergo grip? I have been looking around but all I can find is grips with the beavertail.
