Meaford Long Range Steel Challenge Presented by PGW Defense

Sunbaked and exhausted from working this epic match since Tuesday night when we packed up the white dual axle trailer with many of the stage props...it was unprecedented and super amazing. I'm just too tired to gather my random thoughts but all I can say for now is that MD's RyanMcle and Kombayotch knocked that ball out of the park. We are talking about a Joe Carter style grand slam....everyone was blown out of the water.. trust me, I've ran countless matches and this one has to be the most awesome of them all..next level goodness...

Gotta crash now. Will debrief soon, I just don't know where to begin...

Thanks and good night
Barney

Great to work with you this weekend Barney. Most people will never know the depth of effort and determination required to pull off a match of this magnitude. Too many moving parts to wrap my head around. The support from the sponsors and response from the shooters was overwhelming. I’m glad I was able to catch a small glimpse of what went into building this event, and I’m happy to have been part of it. Congrats Ryan, Kris, et al. Well done!

Hey just for all the shooters. Saturdays pictures will be uploaded onto the MLRSC fb page by the end of the day. There are over 900 photos from Saturday alone! From an observers standpoint (med coverage and "photographer") all I can say is wow! Congrats to all the shooters for putting in 100% effort I heard nothing but great things as they finished each stage. The new guys had a smile every single stage of the event! Bravo Zulu to all the ROs and spotters. I saw nothing but fairness and positive attitudes and the shooters really appreciated it. Your hard work and dedication to the match really showed. Lastly to the organizers Kris and Ryan. I'm sorry but you're going to have to find a new medic as I'm shooting next years event!!! But in all seriousness this was the best organized shooting event I've ever been to. Your cool headedness and planning kept everything running smoothly. You guys put on a n amazing event. Congrats to you guys! If there's anyone I missed my appologies.
Thanks a lot to MDT for the chassis... unfortunately this means I get to spend even more money bahahaha

Great match ran by some great people! I am really happy to have been there and been apart of it and see all the great shooters, organizers, sponsors and volunteers! Way to go Ryan and crew!

Thanks to the MDs, ROs, sponsors and everyone else involved in making this match successful.
The ROs kept things moving like clockwork and there were zero stoppages for range equipment failure.
Had a great time - learned a lot - looking forward to the next one.

Crash time.

Thank you to all the official of the match...great match, and I think it run smoother then last year! I actually have time to BBQ at the B&B I'm staying in on Saturday evening! Anyway, I got one question and I forgot to ask the fellow shooter before I leave on Sunday. I saw someone attached a notepad onto the pic rail on his gun, question is where can I get one! I did a search on Google and nothing come up...Thanks in advance!

Eric

I was at the Match, and it was AMAZING, learned a lot, and actually managed to hit lots of steel.

Favorite is still the Beaver Stage.

Wind was fun on Saturday.

Thanks to Ryan and all the support staff.

Will be back next year if they will have us.
