Looking for a place to do some informal outdoor target shooting

Just picked up a Stevens 350 12 Ga with a 18.5" barrel and would like to do some outdoor target shooting in the "bush" to change it up occassionally (I usually shoot at DVC). I live in Cloverdale and have no problem driving out as far as Mission but don't want to start shooting somewhere only to have SWAT or ??? show up. Can anyone suggest a good spot (please include directions and/or an approx address) where no one is likely to complain and I'm not going to end up getting hauled away, or worse, by the authorities ?

Thanks.

I'm also interested in learning/going hunting specifically "day trip" hunting for birds or ??. I've sorta stayed away from hunting in the past because I'm not big into camping/roughing it (yes I'm a pussy) and all the hunters I know go after big game so staying overnight or multiple nights is mandatory. If someone can provide me with a link(s) or info on a course(s), etc, so that I may start the process of learning about bird hunting I'd appreciate it.

Hey there I have a M14 and a sr-22,I have no hand gunz yet also my buddy has a cz and a slug 12g would love to shoot some hand gunz. If anyone is interested In meeting up or mentoring a new ish shooter.Pitching in for ammo is not a problem.

Just wanted to introduce myself. Just finished the core, Pal is en-route.

Live in Vancouver by Cambie and Broadway, grew up on a farm with lots of guns and itching to go shooting again.

pm me if you want to go. Will have to be after this month though.

I live in Victoria (westshore) and just bought my first firearm, a Winchester 12g. I have a membership at VFGPA but havnt been up there yet. Looking for an 'experienced buddy':D to go up shooting with.
PM me if you want to shoot on a weekend:ar15:

I am new to shooting. I got my first handgun on April 2 and have been practicing at PoCo and Mission ever since.

I am aiming to try IPSC, but for now am enjoying the smallbore nights at PoCo and the steel shoots at Mission (so far the most fun EVER).

I am trying to get into rifle and shotgun sports.

I want to start target shooting at ~100 yards or metres. I have NO idea what gun to get, but am leaning towards a Ruger 10/22 Target with a scope.

I have also tried Trap and so desperately want to try again. I really enjoyed myself, despite my amazingly poor score. I am still trying to figure out what shotgun to get, but am narrowing it down daily.

If there are any shooters who want to get together, let me know. I work shift work and have rotating availability.

... oh ... also have just recently purchased a second pistol :)

Be well!

Hello hello

I live in Abbotsford and would enjoy shooting with people in the bush, I'd like to be able to shoot out to 300-500 yards.

If you know of any areas in Abbotsford or Mission let me know and we can go target shooting!

Anyone want to get together to shoot on a regular basis in the tri-city area? I want to improve my handgun shooting and would love to do it with a bunch of regulars on here as opposed to going alone right now. =(

While i do not own a single firearm i always take my friends up Sylvester Road just outside of Mission. There is a nice spot up there that is easily 300-500 yards out if not more. I'm moving to Mission from Abbotsford but if you want to go i don't mind driving and bringing a lunch. :)
