You have to give the guy credit as a craftsman of fine replicas, nice and pretty to look at, but it's as useless as a car that has no engine or wheels. And only 69K.

No. He should donate it to a museum.
I know in the US donating it to a museum would generate a tax credit. Not sure up here. I can't see him getting more than 20 k. Very limited market. Its a great lawn decoration and id love to have it beside my half track but not for what he needs outta it.
Did they build that from scratch, or did they rework a T54 for the chassis like they did for SPR?
The drivetrain is modern. There is a website somewhere showing the build done in stages. They pretty well built the hull, torsion bar suspension, bogeys, etc, as per Tiger, and then dropped in a modern engine, trans, and modern front and rear sprockets. There is a movie coming out called "White Tiger" that is rumoured to be using the beautiful 1:1 replica, but if you watch the trailer, the movie Tiger is a different replica (not so good).
