I’m not sure, but I can ask.Nice.
Just out of curiosity. What shot in the group is the left one?
That shot to the left was my fault. The sun started to slip behind a cloud which reduced the solar parallax, shifting slightly to the west. A rookie mistake on my part.I’m not sure, but I can ask.
I was going to blame it on the rotation of the earth but I’ll let you fall on your swordThat shot to the left was my fault. The sun started to slip behind a cloud which reduced the solar parallax, shifting slightly to the west. A rookie mistake on my part.
The sun's apparent movement behind the cloud may well have been due to the rotation of the earth. Even an apparent wind blowing the cloud the other way probably has something to do with planetary rotation.I was going to blame it on the rotation of the earth but I’ll let you fall on your sword
I had to google that one. lol. As the world turns. That shot to the left was my fault. The sun started to slip behind a cloud which reduced the solar parallax, shifting slightly to the west. A rookie mistake on my part.
The gun is already built and is a 6.5x55..260 Rem or an AI version of that. If you go to the 6.5x55 you may as well step up to a .280 Rem or AI version of that.
Both great choices for a short action rifle. The 260Rem is a very good "middle of the road" round, as is the Creedmoor. My F class rifles were 260Rem Ackley. This boosts the capacity of the 308 cases to about the same as the 6.5x55.
The 260 Ackley is a short fat 6.5x55 that uses 308 brass (or 260 Rem brass. Cheap and very available.
