It's pretty similar in makeup, design, and function as the other cheap aluminum mounts.
It's also very chunky and sits way too high.

You're probably talking about the ARMS 18, trimming bolt springs can fix the jamming issue. If you're looking for a higher mount try a smith or sadlak.

Getting back to the OP's orig question: Phill.....i purchased a cheap aluminum M14 mount from Milarm a couple of yrs ago. Not sure if its the one your asking about. Pics?
Anyway......the item I bought ($70), had 3-point connection, was aluminum & flopped around everytime I shot it. Not impresed. Have since replaced with an Arms 18 from you.
