Like E4L said...If you are legit, you could'nt of picked a worse way to ask your question. It screams liberal ambush ;) If you were wrongly accused, then hang around and take the time to read some of the other postes to get a feel of the place. You will find that the guys here are knowledgeable and that they welcome questions from people who share their passion. We usually welcome new members with a grin and a slap on the back...not with a lynching party :p

what roadwarrior said above is the absolute truth.

I've been reading these forums for over a year almost everyday, but really dont post a whole lot. The information is all here, you just need to take the time to read a little, then you dont sound like an ass so much;) . Like my avatar says "how about a nice cup of shut the F**k up!

LOL!! .. I am a newbie and SO glad I read this thread. It's like going into prison the first time .. watch what the other immates do and don't do, keep your yap shut and maybe, just maybe you won't get F***** in the *** as hard as the guy that didn't! Comical as it is .. I understand completely.
Getting lots of good info though .. glad I joined up.
 
I'd hardly say it's like prison. :D

Just don't come in asking a question that is asked at least twice a week. Even worse is asking that question in a very "trollish" way during a very tense time for our sport and hobby.

It's unfortunate that us black-gunners have to be so paranoid about our hobby. But I guess that's what comes of being perpetually persecuted. Whoever that guy was, he certainly didn't give the impression that he really did have a PAL and he also didn't give the impression of being very clever. Who in their right mind shows up to a tight knit community of paranoid people and just starts shooting provocative questions from the hip? It's a shame these people can't be bothered to read a post or two before they start asking touchy questions.

:D ya .. prison is much worse :eek: kidding!

I like it here .. people tell it like it is. After all, we all have an opinion, it is completely fine for others to disagree with it. I am cool with that.

Do alot of you guys fabricate "one offs" (e.g. rails, scope mounts, furniture,etc.) .. seems like it might be the way to go with stuff that is hard to find or in the states.

He probably is a kid, to most of us adults a punk on the net will range from 16 + up, referencing a 10 year old must make him 17 at most.

I would use sub 20 years as an insult for sure a teenager.

Oh wait he emailed a picture of being in the service as he mentioned- it must be true! glad I could help clear this up.
