Here's my list of milsurp and military types....... I cannot anticipate getting much more in the near future (Swiss K-31 maybe), as I have yet to fire 20 of the toys below, much less sight them in and become proficient with them!

When possible, I have been introducing new shooters to the sport with them though.
About a dozen or so of the rifles listed below were purchased several to ten years ago when the average price of a nice milsurp boltgun was under $100 dollars, while a couple of the more recent purchases (Mannlichers, M91/30 where still within the 125-150 dollar range. One of the Norinco M14's was purchased in kit form from SIR for $230 ten years ago....

To add to Annie's question a few posts earlier, the Israeli's tended to make their Mauser 98k's out of mixtures of parts, making them less collectable to some purists, but still nice rifles to the rest of us. While I paid about $120 total for mine nearly 10 years ago, I suppose that condition of the piece determines value today. I have seen 7.62s go for anywhere from close to $200 for one like mine to the $300 range, and would not be surprised if nice ones go for more.
