Mint Unissued Polish M44

Old guys are constantly telling me about the "barrels full of them old Lee Enfields" at (insert location here) for $5, $10, etc..

I scooped a really nice Polish 44 w/o a bayonet for $150 this summer.

Can I ask about that Polish w/o bayonet. I have one similar, which otherwise differs from others by also having a bent bolt with refurb stamps.It appears to have never had a bayo, looks professionally finished. Is yours similar? Im interested in the story of my "hybrid".
