How is the Magpul BAD been on your rifle?

No problems really. Was a tad lose on install and just added a little shim in behind.
Went with mostly maple ridge parts including the pencil barrel with rifle length gas tube. Seems to be fairly accurate when sighting in the optics.

Good to hear....want to use my Magpul BAD instead of buying an $80+ extended bolt catch. I assume yours is a second "gen" reciever set?

Nice, I had a 3-20US with h2cmr. I always thought the 5-20 would be perfect since you can use the 3-4 range in the 3-20 anyway really. Again, really nice mk12 inspired build!

Is the length of the barrel on the bottom one not make it Restricted? If that is cool with you, rad, but doesn't that defeat the purpose of a NR capable receiver?

I think the bottom one is a standard AR.

The bottom one is billet AR15 from ATRS, not a Modern Sporter.

Devil is in the details... the bottom one is built off of an AT-15 receiver, and is restricted based on that.
Notice the 2 takedown pins and the flat surface where the upper and lower meet.

Great looking builds though!

I've had a few people ask me what the weights are on these two builds so I asked Mike and thought I would post it here for anyone wondering.

Top rifle: 7lb 11oz as shown(but no mag) with Nightforce 2.5-10x32 and offest DPP, faxon 18.6" Gunner barrel, light, sling, etc.

Bottom Rifle: 8lb 5oz as shown(but no mag) with Swaro 1.7-10x42 and offset DPP, BSF 18.6" Fluted Carbon sleeved barrel.
