Modern SXS choices

Had a a few brno's years ago as well, one with ejectors and one extractors. They are a great gun for the money, unfortunately for me I always found they had too much drop in the stock and couldn't justify spending money to have it adjusted on a $300 (at the time) gun. Lots of good options out there. I found tho for me personally I had to buy and sell a few to find out what I really wanted in a sxs since I didn't have any to try out from friends or family

Not to hijack the thread but if you thought the stock of a double were dried out is there a method to preserve it? I'm thinking of helping an old gun carry on. Thanks

Buy a 16 or 20 gauge Fox Sterlingworth if you can find one and I don't see it first and buy it before you.

Best bang for your buck you will find.
