Modern Varmint Rifle Updated Oct 14 2015

That would be Calibre magazine, I can't seem to find that review online yet and we loaned them one of our production-model prototypes. (read as: barrel has seen a few too many rounds...)

My varmint is nothing more than an upper and lower right now. Our own personal uppers and lowers are made in the first run and of course we try to get them done fairly quickly because we need extensive product knowledge and personal experience, but to cherry pick parts when they're in limited quantities and customers are waiting would be unethical. We do put plenty of rounds down range with the production-model prototypes (aka. Demo guns), so there's not necessarily the same degree of urgency you all are experiencing. ;-) I have slightly more time to figure out my optics than the rest of you...

I looked as well your right they haven't put the article online yet
You guy shood strong arm that skinny kid that wrote the article and have him post it on here haha
I know he was getting half decent groups considering the rifle is one of the prototypes and has been ran hard with excessive throat erosion

The only issue I had with my sightron 1x7 was the size. It's huge for a low powered 1x7 optic. About the same size as a regular scope. 12.5 inches long and 20 ounces is bit much for this type of scope. IMO.

Listen, of course i was poking fun. This all stems from the "hitting the gym to get stronger" comment I said. IMO If you dont think you can carry your weapon on a 4 day walk because your scope is too heavy, maybe you should rethink a 4 day walk. Shed the sling and bipod for an ergonomic backpack. weight is better distributed, you can use the backpack as a shooting bag and youre most likely going to be carrying one on 4 day walk anyway.

One of those packs is on my shopping list....no question. Eberlestock, correct??

For hunting Especially coyote hunting a ATRS sling will work slick

I don't know who the ugly model is not me Haahaa just teasing ATRS

Ok so i have to ask, are these rifles as good as the hype? I never carried one, shot one or even seen one in person. I seem to have almost 15000 burning a hole in my pocket and i have been looking at the gm6 lynx in 50 cal as it would be a nice toy and i also know where there is 400 round of 50 for cheap. So tell me how is this rifle to shoot? I carried/fixed c7/c8's for almost 20 years so i know the platform but these would be great coyote/deer guns and ammo compared to the 50 is almost free. Does anyone actually hunt with this rifle?
