Modern Varminter?

As I said I've only read about the ACR, but I Used to own an XCR HB and it was 10 lbs.
But if we're comparing weights I'm not sure what the XCR-L light barrel or ACR light barrel weighs were.
The MV with light barrel is about 7lbs, I believe.

So in reality the MV probably only got 1 lb on the other two. But a pound less is a good thing.:)
If the MV had caliber swap support from the builder I would definitely give it a try, but ATRS posts on that topic are dismal at best.

It is also an unknown currently and at the upper end of the price scale.

Please explain to me why people think a custom MV/MH barrels are incapable of shooting MOA accuracy? If a regular AR is capable I am sure one of these are.

why are there no posts about how good the MH shoots anyways? you'd think someone that buys a 5K+ gun would brag about the clover leafs it prints

For one, I have had my MH for a year now, but only put 100 rounds of privi crap ammo through it and realised I hated normal traditional scopes. So it was optic less for a few months, then I changed the stock and still have not ordered the new JP SCS buffer I need. Not really a big deal though since the last time I was shooting was at the Tavor course last November. I know, terrible right? That's what happens when you have a farm that demands your attention strongly from April until November. :(

Secondly, I am not a precision shooter, so my group's are nothin to brag about, to much operator error.

Thirdly, I do not reload yet.

Fourthly, those that did post intial group results got flamed by Internet comandos, which has lead to the MH being one of those rifles you just don't see people post anything on unless the owner is ready to be beat on by fellow shooters.

There are several examples of capable shooters proving the MH capabilities, you just have to look carefully for them. Most owners are black rifle guys who are not precision shooters, and almost all the rest are bolt gun shooters. Gas guns react different than bolt guns and to my understanding follow through with a gas gun is far more critical for precision.

I think this is why we see so few reports.

Printing groups has got to be the most boring chit I have ever done... I use my Cadex to plink ...lol...

And I dont have enough time to go shooting let alone waste time reloading. So I just use Hirtenberger ammo...lol...

I can understand why, i posted my result of me shooting my tavor up to 1.3 moa. And boy oh boy did I get nuclear flamed by the "it cannot be", "you cant even hit abuilding with a tavor"
It be brother, it be, you just facking suck at shooting go eat a snickers!

so whatev folks, learn to shoot, buy a facking tavor, buy good ammo and you'll bring the sucker down to 1 moa.

i can see the same recipe for the MH guys

I remember that. And yet a metric #### ton of Americans reported 1moa capable on the bullpup forum in the last few years as well.

Whats it to you ? I go out and have fun. Please tell me how the metal plates can tell the difference between Match ammo and surplus ammo ?

So you will shoot the barrel out and start to suggest that the rifle can not hit MOA? Then everybody on here will agree a MV/MH is garbage. Bulk is for SKS's types only.

Dont think Hirtenberger ammo will do any harm to my rifles. And shooting bulk Hirtenberger gives me more trigger time over 50$ a box Match ammo. Ask yourself DILLIGAF :) ? lol

There are many examples on here of MH's shooting well below MOA.
have not seen any posts really in this forum, although I have not looked hard.

Those I have shot, seen shot and that friends own are not MOA guns even with premium factory hunting loads. If you are required to reload to get the accuracy you have seen, it's not for me.

I think the ones I've seen are reloads.

Let's ask the ATRS guys.

I must have had lemons.

I shot MOA and under with an RFB, ACR, Swiss Arms sniper, SL8, etc. Tavor and MH's not even close

we all already know what ATRS claims.

At the price point of the MH, It is on par with what I paid for my swiss sniper years ago. The sniper shot well under MOA with factory ammo and ships with a test target in the .75MOA range which can be improved upon with handloading.

Granted my application will always be hunting first which doesn't require a tack driver, but if I am paying the money it better perform like the pricepoint suggests
