Hello there been a member for some time but never really had many quesions. Ontario resident, where do u guys moose hunt if you had to bring your wife(fellow hunter) would hunt Quebec aswell. camp or tent tell me what you do.

Unless you get loaded and have strippers come to the hunt camp, having your wife there probably won't change much. You'll be warmer at night, and you'll probably have some better cooked food.

My wife comes deer hunting with me up to our camp. She is comfy, warm and can hunt on her own schedule. There is no way she would enjoy moose camp. We fly-in, rough it and hunt hard. Make sure it's something your wife wants to do or it might turn out to be a hunting trip from hell for both of you.

Doesn't everyone get loaded and have strippers come to thier hunt camp? cou:

Most gals like the little comforts like a real bath room. And being able to shower in comfort really keeps you in the good books.
Book a cabin at a small Ma & Pa camp where there is moose around and maybe some water to fish and have fun.

If it's a wife you're bringing you have to be as romantic as possible and not expect any ###.

In my younger days, the ladies I dated liked the idea of going hunting but that never amounted to much once I pulled the weapon from the case, and it was obviously loaded.;)

It was a short walk.. then she got tired and wanted to rest. The rest is history!:D

When I first took my wife to deer camp, I cleared it with the guys in advance. The main concern was that they might feel uncomfortable, and not able to let loose as much, with a woman present. There was no issue at our camp. Except that I had to endure the expected comments on a daily basis for a bit. "Get any last night?" etc.

The deer camp has bedrooms, so the two of us got one room, and privacy wasn't an issue.
My wife grew up in a house that had an outhouse, so that wasn't an issue either.
She did have to take a wash tub to our room to bathe, as we have no washroom, but that was no problem either.
She proved to be a valuable camp member, and capable hunter.

Depends on your Mrs.

The two of us (my wife and I, not yours :) ) did an pack in mule deer hunt this past September- 11 km in to the alpine and we killed a buck (ok, I killed it after she passed on it... bloody trophy hunter wife :) ). No comforts of home up there and she loved it.
