If I may take a page from your book here but how could he know which "unexpected charges" when they are how should I put this but unexpected. I am sure a lot of people here are not familiar with importing goods (which I am not familiar with myself) but I believe he would be referring to additional shipping costs, customs charges or port storage fees if they had to hold them due to improper or missing paperwork.

Go to settings and set 100 posts per page.
I usually click on Private Messages and the setting bar will be on your left. In `My account`there are `general settings`, so if you click it, and scroll you will have an option to change from 10 posts per page to 100. It will change your experience big time!
