Where'd ya get those red, cradle dodads that the guns are resting in?
Looks like a much easier set-up to build than what I've got going (1/2" dowels in a pine 1x6)

Oh, nice collection of Mosins as well, I would say you are definatly an official "Mosin Collector" , whether you want to admit it or not :runaway:

I get mine at the dollar store. You get two in a "duramax" plastic shrinkwrap set, along with several other types all for $1 each :) The Canadian tire ones are more rugged, but cost like $1.50 each - not worth it.

CU: Nice Finn Capture 39 Izzy. Is it all original matching, or finn matched?

Claven2: Thanks. 1939 91/30. All original matching. Bolt matches receiver number, same font.

yes, its quite worn, bore is by far the darkest ive ever had in my collection, but it still shoots nice. and alot fo the blueing is gone, but then again i think that makes it look better :)

its become my most frequent shooter, since my 8mm supply started to run dry, i really enjoy shooting it, but im not sure if it would be as much fun to shoot without the PU scope on it.

I'll post some maybe tomorrow night, if I'm not parkerizing, doing yard work or duck hunting.

I think I have 6 now. Used to have 7, gave one away as a wedding gift..

9mmS: LOL - some of those Mosins look very familiar! LOVING the wood on your straight stocked Sako M39.

Do you still have that sweetheart of a little M38 laminate?

That Finn M91/30 would look great in my rack - pm me when you give up on trades and decide to sell it ;)

OK, for thsoe who don;t know, since 9mmSuppository didn;t bother to desribe them, from left to right:

1)193x Tikka M27
2)193x Sako M28/30 (Yummy!)
3)1941 straight stocked Sako M39 (rather nice!)
4)194x Sako M39
5)194x Sako M39

The rifle on the grass isa Tikka M91/30, probably with a 44 dated bbl.
The tree Russians from left to right are:

1) Hardwood 2 piece stock M91/30, likely import marked.
2) Laminate stocked M38 (stock is M44 style which is common), likely import marked.
3) 195x Polish M44, not import marked in all liklihood.
