Mosin nagant M44 Carbine

$360 AT P.S. MILITARIA!!!

OUCH!!!!!!!!!

I picked up that exact same gun from Ellwood Epps in next to mint condition, with a shiny, yet slightly pitted bore for $175, and that was just last month.

Other than that I haven't been able to find anyone else in Canada carrying them.

The 91/30's are a really good deal if your just looking for a range toy, but they are way too friggin long for my liking.

mint and pitted bore do not go together. i wouldn't sell my polish M44 for $300.

I got a polish m44 during the summer for 250$. This thing is MINT. Unissued and likely unfired. I would never pay over 200$ for a Nagant carbine unless it was polish or a mint Russian/Chinese/East German

Loved my M44 so much I had to have another Mosin. Now, one of these is on its way to me. Will be my deer gun, maybe even moose.

Should be a good addition to the M44 I just fixed up to be a WORKING firearm.

Mosins aren't supposed to cost $300+ unless they are some sort of package, like scoped or with ammo.

Oh, I know you can find them if you go looking, but it's just wrong. I've got a couple of M44's - one I got fresh from the factory refurb (nice laminate, with accessories) for about $170, and one I got well used (but amazingly accurate) for $120. And this wasn't a decade ago either - this was within the last 18 months.

When I see a mosin for anywhere near $300 I just keep on looking, I don't care if it's still unfired and with Joseph Stalin's thumbprint in the shellac.

I've got a 91/30 coming as well from westrifle.

When did you order?

Let me know how long it takes to get to you I guess if it's going to NFLD it has to go by air?

I'm in halifax I find whenever I order from out west my #### gets hung up in missisauga ontario for like a week...

Nah, regular mail comes across the straight. I ordered it on the 11th and it's been in Montreal since the 15th. I should have it by this Friday.

We use to buy Finnish Mosin-Nagant M-91 rifles from International Firearms in Montreal for $15.00 each in the 1980's, you will never see those prices again. Same thing will happen with those $100.00 Mosin-Nagant 91/30's once the Arms Depots in Ukraine run out in a couple of years.

I can't see them going up in price that much because so many people have these and bought them to be safe queens.

X2

These $100 Mosins and $150 M44 will run out and only be a memory, just like $25 Lee Enfields and $75 FALs. I've picked up a few extra, just to pass on to younger family members who are not old enough to shoot.

These are the deals of the decade right now, along with decent volumes of ammunition. They will all be gone in a short time. Get everything you want or need now.

The number 11 in a circle on the receiver thats Polish isn`t it? I remember about 15 years ago they use to make a big deal out of factory 11 marked Moisons.

Yes, it is.

The Polish M44's are probably the best quality MN's you'll see. I have one of the unissued ones and it's a beautiful rifle.
