Mosin Nagant Raveneye sight: should we make them?

Ok, will keep an eye on the thread, our club is having a frozen Mosin shoot on Jan. 20th, would have been great to sport a raveneye to help these old eyes... ��

This.... I have a sweet shooter grade Mosin I love shooting steels with at 100M. Can't wait to try this out. The peep looks a little big to me though. At least for me, that was my problem with the SKS one you guys made as well.

Taller front sight base would be great. I just sold my MN collection because there was no suitably elegant solution to shooting a few feet high at 100 yards. Even a 0.100" higher pin would be nice - perhaps a little finer at the top.

Threaded peep inserts would have to be part of the rear sight design.

I have had a prototype in my possession for a while now, but since the wuhan nonsense, no place to test it.

If it tests out well I will produce a run.

It should work.

And no, have not tested it yet. Ranges have begun to open but with some goofy rules ... I'm not wearing a mask to shoot!
