Mosin Original WW2 Dated Matching Sniper Rifles for SALE!

The only "as issued" ones are vet bringbacks. Anything other than that has been "massaged" in one way or another.

Not even then considering most of them were "massaged" by techs, conquering armies & most importantly by the vets themselves. Collectors are a funny bunch, what is considered original varies. I have two 91/30's as a case in point. One is the 1941 from the MKL, SA stamped & considered non refurbished with a coat of shellac being the only thing changed from the day it was made. The other is a 1943 from russia & it looks as built except for the shellac, but is considered a refurb because it was inspected before storage. Aint that weird?

Wow, we as a group are difficult to please hard asses.

It's beyond words, my friend.

This whole thread has become nothing short of a Joke!

Then again, the FN-C1 that I carried back in the 80's was re-furbed.

I guess it was not real either, or the Danish-Garands that came into Canada a few years ago.

They must all be fakes!

Since everyone's slow to post range reports, I'll share my half assed attempt with my '44 Izzy. At 100yds, off the hood of my truck, using Russian surplus copper painted ammo, it was shooting under 2 1/2 inches. I think that's pretty good considering my POA was moving an inch. With better ammo and set up, I expect the groups to be cut in half which is better than I hoped for.
