Mossberg 930 JM Pro shell stop issues

We do not believe this issue is due to the plugging of the magazine as all of the mossberg 930's we have brought into Canada (approx 300 units) were plugged the same and we have only had a few customers with this or a similar issue. In addition Mossberg has had a few issues with these guns in the USA that are not plugged. AFAIK, but I will have to confirm with Jason, your gun is going back to the US for warranty work.

Steve, thank you. I await a response to my email to Jason. Honestly if after all this is done and I get a decent shotgun back that is the ultimate goal.

Yes we are on the same page there bud. We will get this taken care of but please be patient.

Steve, I did refer to that exact page when attempting to diagnose my problem (and I referred to it downthread). However, I am unable to determine if that was really the issue though I did attempt to polish the shell stop as the article suggests. I'm not a smith and this is my first semi auto.

Also, unlike what is talked about in the article, my pivot pin actually did break originally. But even after replacing it I still got lots of feed problems both with dummy shells (practicing reloading at home) and also at the range and the shell stop function was quite sloppy.

Yes I played with your gun in the shop and it definitely has issues. We'll get this take care of. Jason is on the road to the USA today for this months export so you may not receive an email reply for a while but that does not mean you or your firearm have been forgotten about.

Steve, you must be talking about another owner because I have received no instruction on what to do and my gun is definitely not in your shop. It is in my safe in pieces. Please let me know your email so that I can forward my correspondence with Jason.

My bad that was someone elses gun. We will email you a RMA form you can fill out and return to us and we will export the gun to the USA for warranty work.

Well this didn't end well. Mossberg has denied my warranty. I'd done too much 'damage' to it. I'm not going to get into any slagging of who or what here because it will serve no purpose on CGN. What a waste of time and money this was.

Anyone recommend a good shotgun gunsmith in Vancouver? Or anyone want a project gun? When it ran it felt great. Until it did not run.

poor customer service. I will be sure to steer clear of these guys for filling my safe. I would be extremely choked if I got a "too bad so sad sucks to be you" result for a $700. gun that they have had the same issues with others.
