mossberg chainsaw at Canadian Tire

Saw on of these things at a Canadian Tire in south Calgary. What a beast. Under $400 too if I am not mistaken.

Lucky. The Canadian Tires in my province only sell airsoft, pellet, BB and paintball. Why they gave up firearms is beyond me. They still sell ammo though.

it is a breeching shotgun and a very effective one at that its used for either a standard breech or you can use it to shot the hindges of the door . but besides that its pretty much useless

Anyone know where to get the breaching choke( I think thats what he called it) for a 500 / 590?
Not planning on knocking any doors in but it would look real cool!

It's a novelty gun by Mossberg IMO. Looks like fun on the farm but don't expect anyone to take you serious. Not that you should care what others think.

If you like the gun, buy it.

I think it "looks" cool as well but it's design functionality seems flawed per what others mentioned above.

I think it would be a useful shotgun if you took the handle off and put a proper buttstock on it. The forearm already has rails, the front bead appears oversized and I think it has the clean-out magazine tube rather than the PITA that comes with regular M500's
