The most aesthetically pleasing bolt action rifles i have seen hands down are Rigby's like this trio of modern beauties, all faithfully reproduced by the firm by duplicating the lines of examples of their own rifles from the early 20th Century. Built on Mauser Magnum 98 actions as they were back then. By 1913 or before they had the bolt action form- and function - perfected.

The nicest rifles built to my eye are those built by the David Miller Co and D’Arcy Echols & Co. My preference is for the latter. Their Classics are stunning and up close I’ve never seen anything as perfect as D’Arcy’s work.

I like Mauser 98s but the only similar (same) ones that I can afford are Husqvarna FN98.
