The poor terminal effects on putting down Tangos, has doomed HKMP7, in either diminutive calibre, to the 'graveyard of irrelevant firearms'.
Not to say they aren't, along with FN's P90, a blast to shoot...as long as the 'fun switch' is present.
The MP7 (and P90) were never meant for door kickers to "put down tangos" and it's baffling to me that anyone would press them into that role.
So an unobtanium gun in the opponents obscure ammo.
I think the idea is "FORMERLY unobtanium gun in the opponents similar, but vastly more available ammo"
Why not a 9mm?
Because you can already get those, they're called the BT TP9
