KBC tools is your best bet. I find they have decent prices and decent quality for my uses. They are on line only. www.traverscanada.com will also have them but cost more, and better quality
KTS tooling has a good selection of drill bits online. Otherwise search machine tool suppliers in your area and call to see if they will deal with individuals.
Some years ago, I needed #2 MT bits for head stock in my elderly Altlas lathe - I got 1/2", 3/4" and 1" from Amazon.ca - no clue who was the seller - was certain there was multiple sizes. Can not say that is something that I buy often.
But honestly, you may be cheaper off, to buy stepped shank drills of the correct sizes. Usually a 1/2 straight shank, and whatever size drill bit you need. These were really common back when a drill press used a set screw to hold the bit, as all the drill sizes had the same size shank.
