MT2 drill bits

Some years ago, I needed #2 MT bits for head stock in my elderly Altlas lathe - I got 1/2", 3/4" and 1" from Amazon.ca - no clue who was the seller - was certain there was multiple sizes. Can not say that is something that I buy often.

Hello everyone,
Where can I find 1" and 1 3/16 MT2 drill bits in Canada?
Thank you for your help

Any supply house that serves the machine shop industry can supply from their sources. If they make drills that large, on an MT2 shank. Most I see in a quick search, are MT3 and MT4. https://www.kbctools.com/catsearch/...actional Size","Fractional Size","1-3/16\""]]

But honestly, you may be cheaper off, to buy stepped shank drills of the correct sizes. Usually a 1/2 straight shank, and whatever size drill bit you need. These were really common back when a drill press used a set screw to hold the bit, as all the drill sizes had the same size shank.
