Muzzle devices for a 10.5" AR?

Hiding in Honduras. I'm a desperate man.
So I've gone and drunk the AR Kool-Aid, and have a 10.5" Norc en route. I'm planning on sticking a muzzle brake of some sort on it to keep the blast down a little, direct it away from my fellow shooters' delicate sensibilities, probably along the lines of a Noveske Pig, but am looking for input from people who know the AR platform better than I do (almost everybody at this point). I've seen the Dlask Pig clone too, and the Troy Claymore, which both look promising.

Any suggestions? Recommendations? Personal experiences? Products to avoid?

I use a PWS CQB. Works really well at forcing blast down range. I have a flaming pig too but found this one was a bit better (it is on a 7.5 inch). Be just as good on a 10.5 I would think

I put a Levang linear comp on my 11.5"...and while the gun is quiet to me when I shoot it, others around me have said that it was quite loud. Might be looking at something different in the future to throw even more sound down range.
 
I've owned two 10.5" ARs with A2 flash hiders and the muzzle blast never bothered me, either while shooting it or standing beside someone else shooting it. I only shot them outdoors, though--indoors would be a different story.
 
Im still waiting on a barrel and gas block, but I am giving a Troy Claymore a go on my first short bullet flinger. Should keep the blast away from the delicate flowers....

what do you guys think about linear brakes? OST has them for $60

A lot of big name shooters in the U.S. went back to the A2 for good reasons.

Tell them they should consider themselves lucky you don't have a Surefire brake or something like that, an A2 is nothing compared to a brake, and to grow some balls.

i wanted some sort of different muzzle device than the A2...and ide like to stay on good terms with the guys at my club, so if im going to change it anyway better to get one that blasts forward, not right and left.
kinda like how we pick our benches for the day based on who is shooting what...the sks throws brass up high, off the roof then right onto the person on your rights head...not ideal.
 
Took out the KX3 pig today and its a pleasure to shoot. Pretty similar to the ATRS Eliminator just slightly different dimensions and weight. Running a 9.5" barrel.
 
I'm running a PWS Diablo on my 7.5" Kitty Kat. Have a Surefire on my 16" and true it's hard to believe how well it stays on target in rapid fire. I keep the muzzle as far forward on the firing line cause I know it affects the shooters on either side but then there are lots of other brakes on the line that do the same.
 
I'm running a AGW Linear Comp from OST on one of my 7.5s. The other is running a standard a2. The diff is night and day in regards to noise mitigation and "felt recoil". The trade off - the flash suppression is very minimal in the linear comps.
