Hey Guntech: You sure about the spelling? NC Star doesn't seem to agree with you! LOL

Sorry, couldn't help it!
WHO THE f**k CARE if it BREAK or BRAKE, Seem to me that Language police is everywhere not just, You know where.
I have one of the suppressor-compatible Surefire Brakes on my AR (MB556K). I think that the brakes are alright for export. The Surefire tech on the phone didn't care that I was in Canada, when I called to get proper guidance on indexing the brake.
A member of this board tracked it down for me.
Edit: The SF muzzle brakes all look like ITAR items. So, yeah. I'm glad that I grabbed one in Canada, when I did.
I wish.
Currently running a Rem700 aac-sd in .308, not overly big obviously so there isnt that much of a need for a break....not gonna lie....I want one for the look cool factor, cuts back on the minimal recoil, and the barrel does look weird to me threaded......
If I were to put one on, would it adversely effect my muzzle velocity or the accuracy of my rounds?
It's spelled brake and they do not affect velocity and often better accuracy is obtained with heavy recoiling rifles... and the threads are not visible when the brake is on.
No need to get into techincalities such as a small typographical error. I am sorry that my learning disability has offended you...I'm sure there are other things to worry about bro.

You didn't offend me...
I was just passing on knowledge. I know I learn things everyday. If it was a typo, no big deal. If you didn't know, that's no big deal either. Don't take it personal. There is a lot of inexperience on this forum and a lot of knowledge to be had...
I don't have any brothers...
