Actually, yes (relatively recently).

Believe it or not, but he is actually very happily married now, and should actually be a father by this time, if I recall correctly.

Singapore Airlines also allegedly trusts him to train pilots!

(Will wonders never cease??)

On the down side, he is pretty much done with Enfields now, and is pursuing those... (loathe though I am to say the word)... m- m- mausers(!!?).

To each their own, I guess.

Well I heard something about that... That's quite a leap from short order cook to pilot!!! my my.... well good for him. I think he aways had a thing for mausers back in those "old days" of the British Guns forum. I'm out of Enfields as well, and have fallen under the spell of the M1 Garand these days...

Pardon me while I go off for a few minutes in self-congratulatory glee...

I have reached my 1000th post on CGN (well, actually there were more, before the crash, but who's really counting!), and just wanted to make a point to say a few things...

Well, Neal, congrats on your 1000th, and thanks for giving us all a chance to score one more post off this lovely thread...
