The one that I got from POCO military is all stamped matching serials, no crossed numbers or electropencil anywhere including scope and mount. The scope is a non-refurb, there are no refurb marks on it and it looks quite used. Also, no one makes Krasnogorsk replicas, at least I've never seen them yet. Also, the scope is matched to the rifle and the rifle has the scope number stamped on the barrel shank side. The only part that is not stamped with a Tula star is a rear barrel band, it has an Izhevsk triangle. So I don't have any concerns about the metal, but the wood seems refinished to me. It's a an original hardwood stock (I checked that all the features are period correct and it has Tula stamps on it) but it's light finish makes me think it's a refurb. It's a Molot KO-91/30 rifle judging by the export marks under the top cover. So it's not "all 100% original" but it's an authentic light refurb Tula rifle.
