My Experience with SFRC

I should clarify that SFRC seems genuinely customer oriented and I would assume that they provide a great service to their customers. That is why I said I will shop with them again. My first experience was just a bit rocky; that's all.
I am just backing away slowly...

SFRC is now my go to dealer for anything, I used to just shop around, but now I turn to SFRC without any doubt. Keep up the great work!
 
Nothing that I have heard of. Sorry about the missing spring in the gun, it should be there Wed, I sent it UPS Express.

Bought my first restricted from them, placed the order and saw the status sit at pending for a while. After a phone call with the Sask CFO's people I got my LTATT in the mail and it sat at pending. I gave them a call and it turns out they never got the CFO's approval. Later that day I got an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information, should be here just after thanksgiving! Very happy customer :wave:
 
I've had nothing but excellent service from them too in the past. Always checking their site a few times a week to see what great deals they have.

There are a LOT of whiners on this board, and when I see someone ##### about SFRCs services, I more or less black list them. because YES, they are that good to deal with. And yeah, if SFRC was a woman I'd be willing to bet she'd be hot, and I'd stick it in her. unfortunately SFRC is a business and I can't seem to find a hole...guess I'll have to settle for my wife ;)

Well they seem to have stepped that up. I just purchased a shotgun from them and there was a minor bit of confusion (on my part as it turned out, they were quite correct in what they did) so I emailed them and got a response in under an hour and it answered my concern in detail and completely.

Further - when i ordered from them I got them on the phone right away and clarified what I wanted, and when they required additional information the email was sent quickly, and the reciept response was sent quickly.

So far I have to say their service is precisely what I expect and hope for in a firearms dealer - friendly, professional, helpful and timely. I would deal with them again in a heart beat. When the gun arrives they will definitely get a positive trader rating from me.
