My Fabarm is in (PICS!)

They are still not available.

Good to know, I got My gun from a store in Orillia (that we all know) and thought I left the manual behind or it wasn't in the case. I didn't see the manual in anyone's pics.....so I thought I wasn't the only one.

Now how the heck do I get a Manual??????

The "twins" were also missing the Holy Grail of manual(s).

James, if/when they do become available are you making any arrangements to send them out to the owners who purchased these fine SG's from you?

Ok, I just got back from lunch and giving my Fabarms a quick feel over... I can post pics tonight.

First off, no manual. (No biggie)
I did the short forend upgrade and noticed that my Fabarm did not have the SPRING ASSIST included (I noticed on the parts diagram though that it is optional - No biggie).

The weight is great (very light) and the finish is fantastic (Anodized aluminum is always nice).

I love the 14" barrel and overall I am pleased with the purchase.

However, my only concern is with the front sight blade.
My sight blade is so short that when I am looking down the receiver at the site it completely dissappears. Is this correct?

Could you guys with front blade only please check.
I don't know if I am supposed to angle the shotgun slightly so that I see some of the receiver so that I am able to see the front sight.

You better!!! post pics, of the short forend, before you do anything else tonight. Don't even think about dinner, until the pics are up. :p

As Promised. These are pretty cool shotguns:

When I aim my Martial with the top of the receiver completely "flat", the front sight dissapears. But I know it's there because when I tilt the muzzle up it appears again:rolleyes: With or without the front sight, I find the 14" bbl very quick to aim and swings nicely.

ps how's the short fore-end? Personally, I prefer the full fore-end. It's one of the "things" that makes the FAB's visually different from the "other" pumps.

More PICS as requested... I've also included the sight picture I was trying to describe earlier (when the receiver is level with my eye the blade is not visible).

Either way I can hardly wait to shoot it.

Thanks for the extra pics. I am glad I ordered the short forend yesterday.:) I do however have the hi Viz ghost ring sights on mine so it might look different.

You will enjoy shooting it. I had fun with mine.

Now I understand why....

Did you buy the M4 at Ellwoodepps? Saw one there a few weeks ago. One nice piece! You'll have to start a new thread("My M4 is in") and post some pics.

No pics required, you seen one you've seen them all.

It was a fun day though, The M4 and the Fabarm sent 200 rounds down range In an hour and a half....I was having a lazy day and I had the club to myself.

Strange, i just noticed that everybodies trigger assembly pins are oversized on the ejection side of the gun but mine are not...older model?

Nice observation... I checked the FABARM site and sure enough it looks like it should be the other side. I also downloaded the Scanned Manual and it shows the User removing the pins from Right to left (other side).

I'm flipping mine over now ;)
