My first Canada Ammo experience

First time Ordering ammo from Canada Ammo… great deal, hard to pass up.

Canpar shows up today with 1 box that looks a little too small to hold the copious amounts of ammo I ordered from Canada Ammo. I ask currier if there is another box in the truck and he says no, just the one package. I sign for it …Doh!

I open the package and sure enough only 2 out of the 3 items ordered are present. The largest, heaviest, most expensive item is missing. Looking at the invoice it states all 3 items are apparently included. Canada ammo received payment at point of sale.

Mistakes happen so i get on the horn.

Call Canada Ammo to see whats up, Nice guy answered the phone…. I cordially explained the matter and provided order #. Canada Ammo says he will have to look at the physical order documents on file, asked if he can "call me back"… I ask when? he states within 10 min.

While waiting for Canada Ammo to call back I call Canpar to double check and ensure issue wasn’t on their end. Canpar lady was cordial and checked into it and confirmed Canada Ammo only sent the 1 package, no other packages on rout.

Canada Ammo calls back. Nice guy… He says “ our mistake only 2 of 3 items were shipped" and that he will "send the other item out today". I kindly ask “ when can I expect delivery (its tuesday) he states within 5 days and we cordially end the call.

Overall satisfied with Canada Ammo professional customer service, honesty, integrity and quick response. They promptly answered the phone, cordially and appropriately responded to the matter.

Update:
Everything arrived as stated, and expected. Good company to purchase from, good service, fast shipping. Will order from them again in the future.

Never had a problem with Canada Ammo. Great to deal with.

I had an issue on my end due to going into hospital for an unexpected bypass after I ordered an NS 522. When I emailed them to change the delivery address it had already been sent out for delivery and they arranged for it to be held longer at my postal facility until I could pick it up. Great service.

Was impressed by their professionalism. I trust everything will be received in order as stated. Seems like some GN members are vocal about apparent issues however my experience has been positive despite small error. Their doing a good job.

They send you cool little AR shaped pens (don't get caught at the airport with one, not unless you want to miss your flight and be placed on a terrorist watch list anyway) and paper targets with every order. I have a stack of them now. Great company to deal with.

Yep great to deal with and always willing to answer questions. Just received my 1000 rounds of 762x54R on Monday. If only I had time to try shooting it!

Will order from them again. I also see them at local gun shows good people to deal with!
 
I've had similar issues with maybe half the orders I've made with Canada ammo, wrong items sent, items not sent, items sent to wrong address. Canpar doesn't have a great track record with my orders either.

It's irritating, but they always fix the issue promptly and cheerfully, and no one can beat their prices on stuff, so overall, I've always been happy with their service.
